En todos los espacios del centro hay muy buena iluminación y buen confort acústico.
The help desk has a fixed induction loop.
Both the offices and the multipurpose room have portable induction loops. In this way, when a person needs to use them, they will be provided both for the user and for the speaker.
The Sign Language video interpretation system is being activated in the centre.
Cognitive accessibility:

Easy Reading Pictogram
The signage at the entrance to the centre is in Easy Reading.
The NaviLens code located on the entrance door also has a section on cognitive accessibility.
Inside the centre there is a directory with an arrow pointing to the different rooms of the centre (toilets, offices, multipurpose room, etc.).
On the door of each room, you will find the name of the room accompanied by a standardised pictogram.
All signage in the centre has been validated by people with intellectual disabilities.

Arrival at the centre:
The nearest parking spaces reserved for PRM are located on the street entitled Calle José María Jimeno Jurío, number 18. Both spaces have a transfer space and are located at the foot of the pavement.
To get to the centre, you must cross Calle Fernando Remacha, at the zebra crossing which is less than 5 m from the reserved spaces.
The route from the reserved spaces to the entrance to the centre is fully accessible from a physical accessibility point of view.
Inside the centre:
The help desk is double height.
Waiting areas are equipped with universal furniture that does not interfere with passageways, leaving a mobility space at least 1.80 m wide.
The offices have obstacle-free spaces where a circle of 1.50 m in diameter can be inscribed on both sides of the desk.
All doors are at least 80 cm wide, and corridors are at least 120 cm wide.
The accessible toilet has double transfer space, perimeter fall warning system, accessible hand wash basin, and accessible opening and closing mechanism.
Visual accessibility:

The entire centre has contrasting colours on the floor, walls, doors and furniture. This means that a person with low vision can move around all the spaces independently, comfortably and safely.
All the centre’s signage, both inside and outside, meets visual accessibility criteria: colour contrast, legible typography, Braille and high relief.
Access is signposted with a NaviLens marker that makes it possible to locate the centre from the outside and obtain descriptions of use and the environment for people with visual disabilities.
